You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operations.

Service engagement terms

Any professional services are governed by separate written agreements, statements of work, and commercial terms. If there is a conflict, those signed agreements control.

Unless otherwise stated, website content is owned by ADI Global Technologies Inc. and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse website content beyond fair and lawful use without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use.

Marketing communications (CASL)

We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only send you commercial electronic messages if you have given express consent through an opt-in checkbox. Submitting a contact form or scheduling a call creates implied consent to respond to your inquiry only, valid for six months. Every marketing email includes sender identification, our mailing address, and a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are processed within ten business days.

Cancellation and refunds

Subscription services may be cancelled at any time. If you purchase a service online for more than CAD $50, you may cancel within seven days of receiving the contract confirmation, in accordance with Alberta's Internet Sales Contract Regulation. Refund eligibility for professional services is governed by the applicable statement of work. If no refund terms are specified, contact us within fourteen days of purchase to discuss your options.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Alberta, Canada, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
